Message From Martha & Thad
Last Wednesday Martha attended the Georgia Technology Summit 2010 and heard a lot of innovative ways technology is being applied across many different industries. The first keynote speaker spoke about innovation and defined it as a “process of change with measureable value”. The key point he made was that leaders need to create a culture of innovation, or a culture of change for long term success of the business. The reality is most people don’t like change. Most employees have been conditioned that only certain jobs require innovation. Think about the untapped potential of everyone being expected to innovate and create measureable value! How many new ideas have your employees come up with to add value to your customers’ experience? Something to think about!
