Often times coaching is a necessary follow up to organizational change work BSI does for our clients and is also available as a stand-alone service.

These services include: Initial individual assessment, which includes a 360 report, DISC behavior style assessment and goal setting, followed by either bi-monthly, 30 minute telephonic coaching sessions or monthly, 60 minute telephonic coaching sessions.
