About Martha
Martha Forlines has served clients at all levels of organizations - from within corporations, and as a consultant and coach. As a former V.P. Human Resources and Communications, her human resource skills and knowledge base are diverse and include organizational strategy and development, mergers and acquisitions, crisis management, employee/labor relations, employment and labor law compliance and executive coaching. Upon leaving her corporate role in 2006, she decided to serve clients from the “outside” and focus on the things that she is most passionate about in organizational development and helping leaders and their teams get better results, be more successful and happy at work.
About Thad
In 1980, at the age of 37 and with a file cabinet full of scholarly publications, Dr. Thad Green quit a job as a university professor to start his own business. In 1986, when burnout and boredom converged, he retired. After two years, the urge to write hit. Not the scholarly, academic publications he had authored as a management professor, but practical books to help managers and salespeople perform better. To date he has written fourteen such books, all drawing heavily on his experiences in leadership, management and sales. In 1991 he founded Belief System Institute, a leadership consulting firm.
